Trump was going to impose duties on Chinese imports

The President of the United States Donald trump is going to impose duties on imports from China, reports Reuters, citing sources.

It is assumed that damages for Chinese imports 60 billion dollars. Primarily fees will affect the production of the telecommunications sector. Thus Washington may respond to Beijing’s policy forcing American companies to share their technology in exchange for the opportunity to work on the PRC market.

As reported by the source Agency, the author of the initiative became head of the National Council on U.S. trade, a well-known critic of China Peter Navarro.

While the White house does not rule out expanding the range of Chinese imports, which could fall under sanctions.

Trump on March 9 signed a decree on introduction of import duties on steel and aluminum in the amount of 25 percent and 10 percent, respectively. From the effect of the decree was withdrawn, US partners on North American free trade Association. The American authorities noted that the exception may be in other countries, if they justify the rationality of such decision of the American side.
