Eight Moscow municipal deputies have joined the suit to the Moscow Department of transport and Center for organization of traffic (TSODD). The reason was dissatisfaction with the elimination of a few pedestrian crossings in the beginning of this year, according to RBC.
The applicant Alexey Radchenko said that the members claim does not agree with the approach Diptrans to security issues. According to the Deputy Savyolovsky district Dennis Oleskevich, the authorities are not interested in the fate of pedestrians.
The first hearing on the lawsuit is scheduled for March 19. In it, in particular, raised issues of misuse of funds.
