Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Nadezhda Savchenko directly accused members of the current government in the executions of people on the Euromaidan in 2014. She stated this on Thursday, March 15, reports “Strenia”.
“[The current Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy] Lutsenko urged the tribune to go on the offensive. He promised that he will be a weapon. I saw a blue van arrived and out came men with guns. These people are now in Parliament. I saw [speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy] Parubiy plant snipers in the hotel Ukraine. Lutsenko became attorney General in order to hide their crimes,” she said.
“For the fifth year people are waiting for investigations. [The head of the Department of special investigations of the Prosecutor General Sergei] Gorbatyuk not allowed to work, his knit hands and feet. Personally, I gave him proof that Lutsenko from the rostrum urged to carry power and promised people that the Maidan will be a weapon. The Gorbatyuk do not allow to solve these crimes,” — said Savchenko.
She accused the current government and other crimes. “After independence the government committed many more crimes. She passed the Crimea on agreement with Russia to preserve their power. She then committed crimes in the Donbass, forcing the Ukrainian troops into the boilers, for which no one has still not been punished,” — said the Deputy.
“Ukrainians, you’ve got to wonder who ever thought to destroy this power, to carry this power, as called for by the Maidan? One thought is to blow up [the presidential administration building on Bankova street] or the Parliament? We are living in 1937, in Stalin’s times, when [these thoughts] are a crime? It is impossible to say on the street? We won’t talk about it just lazy. We talk about it all,” — said Savchenko.
In February 2014 in Kiev there was a violent change of power. This was preceded by mass protests in many cities of Ukraine called Maidan (Euromaidan). In the course of these actions have killed 106 people, they are called the Heavenly hundred.
