Roskosmos refused to provide Russian private company Dauria Aerospace, made by order of the state Corporation satellites, MKA-N No. 1 and No. 2, telemetry data from the upper stage “Fregat”, but still requires startup of 290 million rubles for broken spacecraft, reports TASS.
The Corporation declare that, according to the startup data, the accident in the upper stage occurred at a time when MCA-N No. 1 and No. 2 were more than 1.5 kilometers away. For this reason, Roskosmos refused to recognize their responsibility for unhealthy satellites, continuing to demand from Dauria Aerospace of cash compensation in the amount of 290 million rubles.
In the Russian startup said that, “since the satellites passed all pre-launch tests and no failures in the preparation phase was not recorded, it is likely that the most probable cause of the loss of vehicles — external action”. A private Russian company has applied to Roskosmos with a proposal to establish a special Commission on investigating the causes of the emergency situation with MCA-N that the Corporation felt it inappropriate, citing its own data and saying that the reports of Russian startups, “there are incorrect data, which make the document not possible”.
