Vladimir Putin wins the Russian presidential elections with a score of 73.9 percent of votes. This is evidenced by the exit polls conducted by the Russian center for public opinion studies, reports RIA Novosti.
According to the opinion polls, nominated by the Communist party Pavel Grudinin gaining 11.2 percent of votes, Vladimir Zhirinovsky (LDPR) — 6.7 percent, Ksenia Sobchak (“Civil initiative”) is 2.5 percent, Grigory Yavlinsky (Yabloko), and 1.6, Boris Titov (Batch Growth) is 1.1.
The Central election Commission at 21:08 Moscow time handled almost 22 percent of the protocols. According to official data, Vladimir Putin is gaining more than 73 percent of the vote.
In Russia’s presidential election ended at 21:00 Moscow time. The last polling stations closed in Kaliningrad region. Turnout at 18:00 Moscow time, according to the CEC, made up 59,93%.
