The former Governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili at a rally of supporters in Kiev said that will return to the Ukrainian Crimea, reports NewsOne. The action in particular has called for the impeachment of President Petro Poroshenko.
“Hello, Kiev! We returned to Maidan, we will regain the Crimea. We need to move to direct action, the people’s anger when we show all prosecutors, henchmen of the regime that they will burn the earth under our feet,” he said.
The politician also urged to “make people’s primaries”, after which the protesters began to dismantle the metal structure of the scene, and Saakashvili’s speech was interrupted.
The policy is deported from the territory of Ukraine to Poland on 12 February after allegations of Russian special services “for destabilizacia situation in the country.” The former Governor went to the Netherlands where his family lives.
Saakashvili was President of Georgia between 2004 and 2013. In 2014, against Saakashvili in Georgia, there were several criminal cases, he announced an internal investigation. In 2015, the politician appointed head of the Odessa regional state administration, and at the end of that year, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk demanded from him to “get out of Ukraine”, in November of the following year, Saakashvili announced his resignation.
