The inauguration ceremony of Vladimir Putin as President of Russia will be held in the traditional scenario, reported TASS the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.
The inauguration will begin on Monday, may 7, at noon. With the beginning of the ceremony Putin will leave his office in the First building of the Kremlin, the Grand Kremlin Palace there will take place the Suite of rooms through Georgievsky and Alexandrovsky in Adreevsky hall, where it will be taking the oath.
“After that the President will be out in the Red porch of the Grand Kremlin Palace to the Cathedral square where will take place the show of the parade of the Kremlin regiment”, — said Peskov. Then Putin will go for a short service in the Annunciation Cathedral of the Kremlin.
Guests will be accommodated in the halls of the Palace and on the Cathedral square. “For the ceremony, in particular, invited and confidants of the President, and representatives of various movements and organizations who helped the President in his work and during the election campaign,” — said the press Secretary of the head of state.
The Russian presidential election on March 18. The turnout was 67,47%. Vladimir Putin won with a score of 76,69% of the votes. Second place went to the candidate from the Communist party Pavel Grudinin, he’s 11.77 percent. The third result was shown by the leader of LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky, which received 5.65 percent of the vote.
