Stritreysera Mara Baghdasaryan asked the traffic police to return her driver’s license taken from her because of the epilepsy. On Monday, may 7, told RIA Novosti press-Secretary of the Dorogomilovsky court of Moscow Anastasia Tatarola.
The court received the claim of the speaker to the relevant division of the Metropolitan police, in which she “asks to recognise as illegal refusal to issue a driver’s license and oblige to eliminate the violations of rights and freedoms by issuing a driving licence”.
The suit is scheduled for may 18.
In March 2017, the court has deprived of life Baghdasaryan driver’s license due to discovered she has epilepsy. In addition, she was sentenced to a year of corrective works for a fake sick leave, which she provided at the beginning of 2017 to avoid compulsory work assigned to her by the court for tens of overdue fines.
Since that time the girl was three times detained for driving a car in Moscow. The first time it happened in the summer of 2017. Her lawyer claimed that Baghdasaryan was simply asked to pit a car, and by the time she was detained, she had failed to budge. The court fined stritreysery 15 thousand rubles. Then she was accused of driving without a license in November of the same year and was also punished with a fine. Baghdasaryan became known after the scandalous story of the race to Mercedes-Benz Gelandewagen in Moscow, which featured the son of the Deputy head of the company “LUKOIL” Ruslan Shamsuarov. One of his buddies was sentenced to 300 hours of compulsory labor for insulting police officers. A third defendant was acquitted.
