Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has demanded to find the money for a new implementation of the may decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. Such statement the Prime Minister made at the meeting on implementation of the decree, reports TASS.
“For implementation of the decree money, of course, must be found. We will invest in mainstream programmes with a maximum results,” — said Medvedev. He noted that the Ministry of Finance, as before, will “closely monitor the effectiveness of spending.”
According to the Prime Minister, in the budget process will need to make adjustments, “and in a very short time”. Medvedev noted that the new tasks set before the government, harder than the previous one. In addition, their implementation set aside a little time. The Prime Minister said for the implementation of the decree “we need a decisive move forward, a more active search for new opportunities, new growth points and new partners.”

Putin has signed the so-called may decrees in 2012. They were calculated up to 2020 and included raising public sector wages, increasing the share of investment in GDP, growth of labor productivity, the creation of 25 million highly productive jobs. In December 2017, the President said that the purpose of the decrees reached more than 90 percent.
