The average cost of the minimum package rates Russian mobile operators in April this year compared to August 2017 fell four per cent to 258,3 ruble. It is stated in the study Agency Content Review.
The decline in prices has occurred due to the introduction of tariffs-designers, according to the study. According to the head of Content Review Sergey Polovnikova, if earlier, the impact on the availability of the service provided, the level of income in the region, now the rates of cellular communication has changed in all the regions and all operators. “In the spring of 2018 subscribers of almost all the operators are available to new tariffs-the designers, allowing to optimize expenses on communication services”, — he said.
The study took into account the most affordable packaged rates for prepaid system that includes at least a Gigabyte of mobile Internet and voice calls. In all regions considered the MTS, “Megaphone”, “VimpelCom” (brand “Beeline”) and Tele2, as well as Win Mobile, “Krymtelekom”, “Sevkabel” and “Wave mobile” in the Crimea.
The most available lines were in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous district, the Tyumen and Magadan regions, the Khanty-Mansi and Chukotka Autonomous districts. Residents of Ingushetia, Dagestan, Chechnya, Bryansk region and Kabardino-Balkaria pay for services of mobile operators.
Moscow takes the sixth place in the rating of the accessibility of communication. The average minimum rate in Moscow increased by eight percent to 350 rubles per month.
