Alexander Tkachev will leave the post of Minister of agriculture, it will be replaced with Alexey Gordeev, the new government will fulfil duties of the Minister of agriculture and Deputy Prime Minister. Acting Minister for open government Mikhail Abyzov also not included in the new government. It is reported by RBC with reference to sources. According to sources, “Kommersant”, the acting Minister of energy of Russia Alexander Novak in the new government will remain in his position.

According to one of interlocutors of RBC, the system claims to work no Tkachev. His candidacy is considered for the post of presidential envoy in the southern Federal district. Gordeyev had previously combined two posts — from 2000 to 2004, the first presidential term of Vladimir Putin, he worked as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of agriculture.

According to sources, “Kommersant”, the Novak, which was intended for a place of the Deputy Prime Minister, is more valuable to the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev in the capacity of Minister of energy.

As explained by the interlocutors of the newspaper, Novak succeeded at the head of the Department: in particular, during the period of his work was a deal OPEC, which helped to stabilize oil prices. In addition, the acting Minister held talks with Ukraine on the supply of electricity to the Crimea, as well as with the EU for payment of Russian gas delivered to Ukraine. Over the next six years, Novak will have to complete a tax maneuver in the oil industry, and to continue large-scale energy projects in Taman and Crimea.

Earlier it was reported that the head of the Center for strategic development Alexey Kudrin has agreed to be head of the accounting chamber, and acting Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich agreed to head the SKOLKOVO Foundation.
