Gasoline prices in Moscow fell for the first time since the beginning of March. This is evidenced by the data of the Moscow fuel Association for 9 June.
The cost of diesel fuel on average across Moscow fell by five cents, gasoline AI-92 — seven cents, and AI-95 — by-eight cents. From these associations, it follows that more than anything in the price has affected the network of filling stations of “Tatneft”, in which falling prices are observed in all categories of gasoline, as well as Astra, which has fallen in price AI-92 and AI-95. Rates were compared with those of June 4.
On most networks, prices remained unchanged, however, the networks of “Gazprom Neft”, “Tisa” and “TRANS”, on the contrary, increased fuel prices, and “Gazprom Neft” and “Tisa” did it for all commodity items. “Gazprom Neft” at the same time inflated the price tags on average 30-50 cents per liter compared to 4 June.
Deputy Minister of energy of Anastasia Bondarenko on 9 June said that the measures will be able to give a real effect on prices only after a month.
8 June, the Russian companies started to increase the supply of gasoline to the Russian market, these measures were to stabilize prices, however, real change and trend change has not yet been — gasoline prices grew from the beginning of March.
