Russian state-owned company spent about $ 3.3 million (204,4 million) to watch the world Cup matches. It is reported by RBC, the journalists who analyzed the tenders for the purchase of tickets and VIP boxes in stadiums.

The main executor of the contract was Swiss, the FIFA partner company Match Hospitality, that through it all the best seats to the matches, including the VIP boxes. The main buyer of top places in the stadiums have become a financial VTB group (banks VTB and VTB 24 and “VTB Insurance”).

VTB24 (currently the Bank is included in Bank VTB, however, the purchase took place before the merger) was the leader by the number of purchased tickets, spending a total of $ 1.5 million in 2016. For the money, the state Bank received the elite package, the “Big three 07”.

It clarifies the RBC, this package includes the right to attend the 19 world Cup matches that will take place in Moscow and St. Petersburg, including the opening match, both semifinals and the final. The buyer has at his disposal a private box at the stadium. The ticket price includes catering, bar, Parking at the stadium, Souvenirs, and personal services of the hostesses.

“VTB Insurance” was in second place, spending on the tickets 997,8 thousands of dollars. For the money the company purchased a Lodge in the “Luzhniki” for 18 people for all games, and also purchased four tickets for VIP seats for the semifinals and finals, which will be held also at Luzhniki, and six seats in the “Royal box” of the “Luzhniki” for all matches.

The third cost was Sberbank, which will be spent on the 2018 world Cup is 17.5 million rubles. While watching the games, representatives of the state Bank intend to develop and maintain an informal relationship with clients.
