Trump refused to sign the final communiqué of the G7 summit

The US President Donald trump said that the United States will not support the final communiqué of the G7 summit. He wrote about this in his Twitter.

Previously, the approval of a communiqué by the countries of the “Group of seven” said the Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau.

“Based on false statements by Trudeau during his press conference and on the fact that Canada will charge huge rates of our American farmers, workers and companies, I have instructed the representatives not to sign the communique, while we study the options for introducing tariffs on cars flooding the American market!” — wrote trump.

“During our meetings at the G7 Trudeau behaved so humbly and gently, only to after my departure, to declare at a press conference that “the duties of States was a kind of insult,” and he “will not sit on his neck.” Very unfair and weak. Our duty is the answer to it 270% duty on dairy products from the USA!” — said the American leader.

Earlier, on 10 June, trump has promised not to allow other countries to impose duties on goods from the United States .

From 1 June, the U.S. imposed a 25 percent import duties on steel and 10 per cent on the import of aluminium from the EU, Mexico and Canada. The incident was condemned by the head of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker, noting that the European Union will appeal to the WTO for dispute settlement. Meanwhile, the Washington accuses partners in the “Big seven” in overstatement of trade duties on American goods.
