Ukraine is trying to deceive the international monetary Fund (IMF) through the law on the anti-corruption court. So say the representatives of the party “people’s front” and “Samopomich”, reports RIA Novosti.
MP from “popular front” Yegor Sobolev said that the country’s President Petro Poroshenko has falsified one of the articles of the law. According to him, the document States that all current Affairs of National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), the consideration of which began in the General courts of first instance will be completed also in General courts, not the appellate chamber of the anti-corruption court. The MP said that the Parliament did not vote for this.
The law on the establishment of the Supreme court anti-corruption in Ukraine was adopted on June 11. The creation of the court is one of the key requirements for Ukraine from the IMF for the granting of tranche of the loan.
The IMF approved a new loan program of Ukraine 17.5 billion dollars in 2015. The previous program from 2014 has not been completed. Under the new program, Ukraine has transferred $ 8.4 billion. The last tranche was implemented in April 2017, the next is expected in the third quarter of 2018.
