Russia will begin to block the “gray” phones: stolen and have not passed customs clearance devices fall into the black list. On Monday, July 2, according to the family-owned Demyan Kudryavtsev, the newspaper “Vedomosti”.

The corresponding idea was supported in the Federation Council. Earlier the expert Council under the government proposed to establish a special control system to combat the theft of mobile phones and their “grey” import.

As notes the edition, in Russia every year stealing up to 185 of thousands of mobile phones, with about 40 percent of the devices enters the country on “grey” customs schemes.
