This was stated press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov on Tuesday, July 3, reports TASS.

“We told everyone that thought it necessary to report on the results of Putin’s meeting with Bolton, the more we have nothing to add at the moment,” Peskov said.

So he responded to the request of journalists to comment on the publication of the fact that Bolton asked Putin to influence Iran.

1 Jul John Bolton in an interview with CBS News said that the leaders of countries in the forthcoming negotiations to agree on the withdrawal of Iranian troops from Syria. He expressed the hope that Moscow will take the side of Washington in this matter, because, according to him, the region’s strategic problem is not the President of Syria Bashar Assad, and Iran.

The meeting of the presidents of the USA and Russia is scheduled for 16 July in Helsinki. Russian diplomats believe that these negotiations will have important implications for the international situation.
