The presidents of Russia and USA Vladimir Putin and Donald trump at a meeting in Finland to discuss the situation on the world oil market, said the press-Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov. His words leads TASS on Wednesday, July 4.
He stressed that “it is unlikely that this question will appear as a presenter on the agenda”: “There are far more relevant from the point of view of bilateral relations topics that will be addressed in the first place.”
Earlier, the representative of the Kremlin said that the format of talks between the two leaders is still consistent, however, the possibility of a conversation with eye to eye are not excluded. He also noted that Putin can comfortably communicate in any format.
The meeting of the presidents will take place on 16 July in Finland.
Earlier media reported that trump is counting on private talks and plans to raise the issue of the Syrian and Ukrainian settlements, as well as the “interference” of the Russian side in the American elections.
