Russians died in a queue for x-rays

In the Smolensk region of 77-year-old patient Gagarin Central district hospital felt ill in the queue for x-rays and soon died. This is stated on the website of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia on Wednesday, July 4.

Conducted preliminary examination. “At present appointed is judicial-medical examination to determine the cause of death of the patient, the results of which will be given a legal assessment of the actions of medical workers”, — noted in the message.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, July 3. For some reason the patient was brought for the study from the hospital to the clinic of the city of Gagarin.

February 20, a resident of the suburban town of Lyubertsy felt a sharp pain in his chest. His wife called an ambulance, but after a half hour of waiting, took him to the hospital herself. There they had another hour-long wait in the queue. According to the results of an EKG, he was sent to the intensive care unit, but on the way there the patient died.
