The tour operator “Natalie tours” has sold to its customers vouchers for $ 15 million, and the company is not enough financial guarantees in the amount of 150 million rubles to pay these debts. This was stated in interview to “Interfax” press Secretary of the Russian Union of travel industry (PCT) Irina Tyurina.
According to her, the tourists bought the “Natalie tours” about ten thousand rounds that start before October 1. To ensure that customers have started to receive compensation, the company must declare the termination of activity, however, the head of tour operator Vladimir Vorobiev said that it plans to suspend its operations and attempt to pay the debts guarantee vouchers that tourists can enjoy in the future.
Tyurina said that travelers and agents in this case are in a bad position because if they refuse to use the warranty rounds, you just get less money than you put in.
July 5, a Russian tour operator “Natali Turs” declared the beginning of compensation payments to its customers. The company sent 800 thousand rubles in direct financial payments for failed visits and offered to affected travelers warranty services in the future.
