The authorities of Anapa has lifted restrictions on swimming in the Black sea for adults. About it reports the edition “Yugopolis.”
The ban was installed in connection with low temperature water and still applies to children.
As told Deputy head of the Krasnodar gidromettsentra Andrew Cooper, now the water in the Black sea has become warmer, but the cold can return. According to him, a sharp decrease in temperature was associated with the upwelling (upwelling to the sea surface under the influence of directed winds and currents — approx. Tape.ru).
Earlier in July it was reported that the Office of civil defense and protection of the population Anapa banned holidaymakers to swim in the Black sea due to low water temperature. As reported by the chief of the weather station Elena Nikulina, the water temperature on the coast dropped to + 14-16 degrees. It is also hoped that during the week of the sea will be warmer and swimming would be possible.
