Online service Compare the Market published the results of a rating of The European Sunshine Index, which shows how much hours of sun in different cities of Europe. It is reported by the Express.
Experts analyzed 25 popular travel destinations and found out where the tourists can get more sun for less money. To do this, they take the average price of flights for a family of four, the price for the cheapest available three-star hotels and the average number of Sunny hours per day over the past 30 years.
It turned out that in the summer months it is most advantageous to sunbathe in Istanbul, Turkey and on the Greek island of Crete. The hours of sun in Istanbul is 900 rubles in June and 1,100 rubles in August, while hours of sunshine in Crete in July, will cost travelers in 980 rubles.
The cheapest hours of sun of all analyzed places also occurred in Crete — 570 rubles in may. Most expensive hour the sun stands in Moscow in December — 23 thousand roubles.
In June, experts have published a ranking of Global Peace Index 2018 from 163 countries from the most peaceful to the most dangerous, after analyzing the level of criminality, the number of terrorist attacks, import and export of weapons, corruption, the number of prisoners, the number of murders and General government operations.
