In Orel MVD, the FSB and the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) with the support of the SOBR units conducted a special operation to release abducted by Gypsies businessman. On Friday, July 13, according to the website of the regional administration TFR.
The owner of Agroholding “Orlovskaya Niva” Sergey Budagov was abducted three days earlier. Unknown persons in black masks, who were members of the local Roma community, was stopped by Lexus of businessman near horticultural society. At gunpoint, they transplanted budaqov and his driver on the rear passenger seat and drove towards the cemetery.
There, the kidnappers decided to get rid of the superfluous witness. The driver was tied up, put a black bag on the head and left in an abandoned cemetery near the Lexus. The businessman was transferred into another car and drove away in an unknown direction.
As militiamen found out, budaqov three days kept in a private house in the village Skuratovo Cherskogo district of Tula region. The businessman was tortured, but no serious injuries he caused, so now his life is not in danger. For the release, the kidnappers demanded 20 million rubles.
Currently, eight suspects detained, concerning them criminal case under article 126 of the criminal code (“Kidnapping”), the investigation of which is ongoing.
