The head of the Synodal Department for external Church relations Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk advise not to use alcohol in the bath. With this statement, the Hierarch was made on Saturday, July 14, on the TV channel “Russia 24”, reports “Interfax”.

“In the bath you can walk in the Church holidays, and to drink alcohol, but to do both at the same time should not be. Operates cleaning bath, and the alcohol acts in this case, it is intoxicating” he warned.

Also, the Hierarch reminded of the need to rename streets named in honor of the leaders and participants of the October revolution.

“Here we are now fighting terrorism, we are talking about the dangers of terrorism, we are talking about the dangers of terrorist ideology, and somehow our streets, cities, squares, the area still bear the names of those terrorists who came to power with the help of the Germans in 1917,” said Hilarion, and offered to “end this” on the eve of the centenary of the execution of the Royal family: to rename Sverdlovsk oblast in Yekaterinburg and put in the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow the monument to Nicholas II.
