Peruvian airlines Peruvian Airlines is going to create a child carrier, which Park will consist of Russian aircraft — Sukhoi SuperJet 100 and MS-21. This was told by CEO Cesar Cataño, quoted by TASS.
“It will be a subsidiary of the company, which will be called Aero Peru. To create it is planned in 2020-ies,” said Cataño.
July 16, Peruvian Airlines “Sukhoi Civil aircraft” (SSG) has signed an agreement of intent on purchasing 20 aircraft: ten SSJ-100 and ten MS-21.
Peruvian Airlines was founded in 2007. The company makes domestic flights in 12 directions. Currently, its fleet consists of 12 aircraft manufactured by Boeing.
The SSJ-100 currently comes in 13 countries. Its largest operator — “Aeroflot” in the Park which is 45 aircraft.
Development of MS-21 is at the final stage. The first deliveries of, and receipt of the type certificate is scheduled for 2019. The first time it is planned to produce two versions: 132-165 and 163-211 seats.
