British manufacturer of luxury cars Rolls-Royce unveiled a concept electric flying taxi Electric Vertical Take Off and Landing (EVTOL), writes CNN.
It is reported that the aircraft can reach the speed of 400 kilometers per hour, and the maximum range of its flight will be 800 kilometers. Taxi will be equipped with six folding propellers, four of which are retracted into the wings to reduce the noise level during the flight.
On Board at the same time can be up to five passengers. Will also be possible the transportation of goods and use of EVTOL for military purposes.
According to Rolls-Royce, the flying taxi is planned for early 2020-ies.
