Rescued from the cave of Thai children fattened and released

Rescued from a flooded cave in Thailand’s Chiang Rai province adolescent players and their coach was discharged from the hospital and for the first time after his release he appeared before the public. About it reports local TV channel TNN Thailand on Wednesday, 18 July.

According to doctors, all the victims scored an average of three pounds and “back to normal”. Before it was reported that every one of them for 2.5 weeks under the earth has lost two kilograms.

After discharge the children spoke to reporters and answered questions. One of them told me that the cave they were only drinking water flowing down from stalactites, reports Reuters. According to the coach of the football team, no one was in the cave did not take food with them.

The operation to rescue a group of school students aged 11-16 years and 25-year-old football coach ended in the afternoon of July 10. It only took three days.

The children were in the cave in the North since June 23. They went inside when it was dry, but soon the rain came, the entrance was flooded and blocked by rocks. Operation on their search lasted for 10 days. People found alive four kilometers from the entrance: they took refuge on a dry patch in one of the caves.
