European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker has denied reports that he was drunk at the time of the NATO summit in Brussels. His words TASS reports.
Juncker said that he suffered from severe pain in the legs, but at the summit, which was held July 11-12, were “more important things to do than small health problems”.
