The leader of the Ukrainian radical group were arrested for Gypsy mayhem

Coordinator of the radical Ukrainian organization C14 Sergey received a two-month round-the-clock house arrest. About it reports the UNIAN.

Mazur was suspected of masterminding the massacre of a camp of Gypsies at the end of April in Kiev. He didn’t hide that he was involved in the attack, but arrested him only now.

The man was ordered around the clock, not to leave place of residence without the permission of the investigator, Prosecutor or court. The court also ordered him to wear an electronic monitoring device to arrive to the investigator, the Prosecutor and the court on demand, notify change of place of residence, to Deposit with the investigator of the passport of citizen of Ukraine and passport, and other documents giving the right of entry and exit from the country.

Attorney Mazur has already stated that it will appeal the court’s decision.

C14 members have participated in the riots. In late may, a group of radicals ransacked on the Kiev market. In February, the fighters C14 trashed the office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Kiev. Also two members of the C14 suspect in the murder of journalist and writer Oles Elder in April 2015 in Kiev.
