Colonel TFR has proposed to fined 32 million for bribery

The Prosecutor asked to appoint six years in prison a former Deputy chief of management of own safety of Investigatory Committee (SK CSS) Colonel Alexander Limonova for receiving a bribe and a fine of 32 million rubles, reports RIA Novosti.

“We have requested under part 6 of article 290 of the criminal code six years in a penal colony with a fine of about 32 million rubles, to deprive it of its special title of “Colonel”,” — said the Prosecutor Igor Potapov.

Lamonova the case is considered closed. The Colonel made a deal with the investigation, admitted his guilt and pleaded the case in a special order, which takes place without examination of evidence and provides for minimum punishment.

Limonov accused of receiving bribes from businessman Oleg Shahmatova for the release from prison of Andrei Kochanova nicknamed the Italian, the approximate kingpin Zakhary Kalashov (Shakro Young).

Initially Limonov been accused of receiving bribes from Shakro, but later on this accusation was dropped.

The case of Colonel was severed from the case against the former head of management of own safety of SK Michael Maksimenko was sentenced to 13 years.

The third defendant in the case — former Deputy head of capital management SK Denis Nikandrov has signed a deal with the investigation and asked about a special order. On the basis of his testimony, was arrested and his former head Alexander Drymanov. According to the testimony nikandrova, he, Timanov and the former head of Department of the TFR in the Central administrative DISTRICT of Moscow Alexey Kramarenko received 200 thousand dollars, and the remaining 400 thousand took Maksimenko.
