Employers can obtain a new basis for dismissal of its employees in connection with loss of trust. The relevant rule is now considering the Ministry of labor, write “Izvestia”.
The initiative belongs to the business. Its representatives appealed to the Ministry because of concerns over the integrity of their employees, said the Director of the Department of civil service labor Dmitry Basak.
Now a similar rule is provided for civil servants, military and security forces. The Labour code stipulates that officials may lose the trust of the authorities: violation of the prohibition on commercial activities, participation in NGOs, the presence of a foreign Bank account, failure to disclose information about income or expenses, as well as the presence of a conflict of interest.
According to Banaka, new values may be entered not for everyone, but only for a limited number of companies. Now, the initiative being discussed in the Ministry.
In mid-July, the Ministry said that authorities will deal with the unjustified dismissal of pensioners. Deputy Minister Andrei Pudov has told about the monitoring system that the Agency will carry out at the enterprises. In the case of violations, such as dismissal of an older employee only by reason of retirement, the Ministry will be able to contact the Prosecutor’s office.
