The authorities of Transbaikalia, where there was a record flood, warned residents about the imminent arrival of the second wave of floods. It is reported RIA Novosti on Thursday, July 19.
It is noted that in Chita has recorded a record for the entire history of observations the amount of precipitation from the beginning of the month in the capital of Transbaikalia fell to 268 millimeters at a rate of 104. In several areas of the province destroyed several bridges and roads.
The region has a state of emergency.
The total damage from the disaster is already estimated at over one billion rubles.
