Russian football clubs will get from the International football Federation (FIFA) compensation for players participating in the 2018 world Cup. About it reports “Interfax”.
In the first place for compensation was Petersburg “Zenith” with 1,979 million dollars. The largest number of players of the Russian team out. Artem Dzyuba and Andrey Lunev, Igor Smolnikov, Alexander Erokhin, Daler Kuzyaev and Yury Zhirkov, who retired after the world Cup. The club also presented the players of the other teams: Serb Branislav Ivanovic, the Belgian Axel Witsel and Brazilian Juliano. The latter two have already left the club, but according to FIFA rules “Zenit” should still receive partial compensation.
