Russian historian, member of the Board of the Russian military historical society (RVIA) Armen Gasparyan invited the citizens to turn to the experience of the Third Reich. So in his Twitter account he commented that the information on the development of the Russian defense Ministry order the production of vehicles for military service and taking away the needs of the army in case of war.

“This is normal practice. Examine the question on the example of world war II. Not even in the USSR. Ask how it was in the Reich”, he advised.
