Andrey Vorobiev and Oleg Serotetto: press service of the Moscow region government
The Governor of Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov laid the first stone in the construction of a new cheese factory in Istra. About it reports a press-service of the regional government in Instagram.
“In Moscow there are special events in support of the cheese-makers. Everyone who builds a small cheese factory, can receive grants. Plus, we will provide free rent of the land,” — said the Governor.
The event was also attended by the founder of “Russian cheese” Oleg Orphan.
Istrian cheese is planned to be commissioned in December. It will process up to 30 tons of milk per day.
In 2018, the Moscow government has approved the allocation of 100 million rubles to support cheese producers. It is more than one and a half times more than in 2017.
