During the hearings, representatives of Roskomnadzor said that the online store plaintiff was not prohibited information, however, the range of IP addresses included addresses and family. So the Agency has adopted measures that are considered necessary.
Representatives of the regulator also stated that the plaintiff was to clarify the reasons for restricting access to IP addresses directly from your ISP. They also explained that they used the requirements of the state office of public Prosecutor as grounds for blocking, as the registry of banned sites is functionally limited.
Earlier, the plaintiffs claimed that Roskomnadzor has exceeded the power on lock website posterlegends.com as the General Prosecutor’s office demanded to block only a few Telegram accounts and services to bypass the lock. After that, the representatives of the Supervisory authority said that the statements of the Prosecutor General about locks are treated in the media is incorrect.
