Ukrainian Director Oleg Sentsov, who is on hunger strike for nearly two months in the colony “White bear” in Labytnangi, is in poor condition. This TV channel “Gromadske” the lawyer said Dmitry Dinze, who visited client.

According to Dinze, Sentsov strongly decreased hemoglobin, leading to anemia and reduced heart rate: 40 beats per minute. The prisoner was twice offered to go to the hospital because of heart problems, but he refused, because, according to the lawyer, the Director believes that “head of the resuscitation Department, aggressive to him, and most likely only hurt him.”

Dinze added that Sentsov can not withstand transportation to a medical facility but to stop the hunger strike is going. The inmate also refused confession.

May 14, the Director went on hunger strike, condition to the termination of which was called the liberation of Ukrainian political prisoners from Russian prisons. The prisoner put a dropper. His protest continues for 86 days. He lost 15 pounds. In the middle of July, Sentsov’s mother asked the President of Russia Vladimir Putin to pardon the son.

In August 2015 Sentsov was sentenced to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment and charged with several arsons, preparing terrorist acts in Crimea and explosions in Simferopol. His guilt he does not recognize.
