Experts of the Moscow center of the Institute of psychiatry named after the Serbian, who examined the fire Kemerovo Sergei Genin, not found he had signs of mental disorders. About it reports “Kommersant” with reference to the evaluation data.

According to experts, Genina developed sense of duty and responsibility, “notes the particular value attitude to work.” It is noted that the firefighter denies the allegations of negligence and contends that he acted under instructions. “The condition of the subject is characterized by internal disagreement with the judicial situation”,— said in the conclusion.

The Commission concluded that the actions of the Genin “were consistent in nature, therefore it could realize the actual nature and social danger of his actions and control them”.

That the chief fire guard of Sergei Genin were sent for passing of examinations by specialists of scientific Center of social and forensic psychiatry named after the Serbian, became known on may 28. Lawyer Elena Kiselyova noted that local psychiatrists are not diagnosed him with any disease, but “something they did not like in his emotional background.”

The consequence considers that as a result of negligent actions of Genin killed at least 37 people who were at the time of the fire in the second cinema.

A fire in the Kemerovo shopping centre, “Winter cherry”, which killed 60 people, took place on 25 March. In this case, arrested 11 people, including four employees of the Ministry.
