In St. Petersburg, the local businessman Paul Baranenko confiscated he owned the T-60, reports TASS.
The decision was made by the judge, who also closed the criminal case against the businessman.
According to the investigation, in the spring the man organized the paid riding on armored vehicles for visitors to the Park of the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg in the Primorsky district of the city. The service cost was 300 rubles.
After two children, 2003 and 2008 year of birth, and a man born in 1985 fell from tank and injured in respect of Baranenko opened a criminal case. The pursuit was terminated after he reconciled with the victims.
