Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with TV channel “Russia 1” about the negotiations between Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko at the meeting “channel four” in 2015. The words of Peskov, reports RIA Novosti.
