About one million people leave Ukraine every year, said the Minister of foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin. In the air of ICTV channel, he called the situation catastrophic.
The Minister noted that in the near future this situation is likely to continue.
Klimkin also added that Poland is home to about 1.4 million Ukrainians. In April the Minister informed, that in Russia there are about three million of his fellow citizens.
In February, Bloomberg reported that Ukraine massive labor emigration, the growth rate of which increased in 2015, coming to the end of free labor.
According to the Agency, during 2015-2017 to Poland from the Ukraine has left 507 thousand labour migrants in Russia — 343 thousand, in the Czech Republic — 127 thousand, in Belarus — 22 thousand. Only six of the most popular for Ukrainian immigrants countries arrived more than a million people of working age.
