Employee of the Federal penitentiary service, Lieutenant Aleksey Akchurin sentenced to 1.5 years of imprisonment conditionally with a trial period of two years for bringing banned things arrested in jail. This was reported by “Moskovsky Komsomolets”.
Lublin district court of Moscow found Akchurina guilty under article 285 of the criminal code (“Abuse of power”).
According to the newspaper, Akchurin wore things Réan Teymurova, podsypali men clonidine in alcohol, and after they fell asleep under its influence, to Rob victims. One of the victims from the actions of Teymurova died. In 2017 Lublin district court sentenced the woman to 12 years in prison.
While Teymurova was in jail, Akchurin for a short time carried in the insulator at least 18 mobile phones with access to the Internet. However, the woman asked him about shipping and other things.
“Among carried Akchurin in jail for her [Teymurova] things — gold earrings with pearls (including pearl earring-piercing), several bottles of perfumes, medicines, as she herself expressed it, to “maintain women’s beauty””, — stated in the message.
In addition, the convicted person acquired for the prisoner “art projects” construction chisel, paint, brushes, and paper glue. After each delivery of things relative Teymurova translated Akchurina his personal Bank card 20-30 thousand rubles. This fact was the main evidence in the criminal case against him. He Akchurin admitted his guilt, repented, and asked for leniency.
