The majority of transactions on purchase of new apartments in the Moscow region conclude women. To such conclusion analysts of company IKON Development, analyzing the structure of sales in one of the residential complexes on Pyatnitskoe highway. The materials prepared by them was provided by the “Home” on Thursday, September 6.
According to experts, women account for 54 percent of transactions, men commit 46 percent of purchases. A year ago, in 2017, the situation was different: the majority (52 percent) of the contracts of share participation in construction was signed by the representatives of the stronger sex.
The most active buyers of housing in the suburbs were the customers in the age of 25-35 years — they accounted for 42 percent of transactions in the first half of 2018. During the year this indicator has not changed. Another 31 percent of deals customers 36-45 years (29% in 2017). The surge in demand recorded by young buyers under the age of 25 years: in this year, they had 15 percent of all deals, whereas in the past — 4 percent.
“Thus, the main trend in the first half of 2018, is interest in buying property on the part of young customers who previously had minimal share in the structure of the transaction”, — noted in the study are described below.
As a result of “rejuvenation” of buyers has decreased and the proportion of clients who are married. In the first half of 2017 at the suburban market of new buildings was 64%, and now 42 percent. At the same time decreased and the number of buyers with children: from 80 percent to 75.
Earlier, the head of Department of development of new territories capital Vladimir Zhidkin said that in New Moscow women are also more likely than men purchase housing in buildings under construction. According to the official, only a year by March 2018, the share of buyers on the market of new buildings of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas has increased by eight percent.
