The minimum threshold for entering the Moscow market of new buildings by the fall of 2018 amounted to 3.1 million rubles — much lower than two or three years ago. This is evidenced by the materials of the Agency “BEST-Novostroy”, submitted to the House on Friday, September 7.
According to analysts, in 2014 the most inexpensive apartment in a newly built residential complexes of the capital cost of 4.1-4.3 million, that is, the threshold for entering the primary market fell by about a million. In the latter half of the year prices for capital real estate gradually began to increase. In new buildings comfort class cost per square meter from January 2017 rose nearly 8 thousand rubles — from 148 thousand to 156 thousand. In economy class “square” for the same period rose by 10 thousand rubles, 120 thousand.

According to the “BEST” in September 2018 new apartment of economy class in Moscow costs on average 7.2 million rubles, comfort-class — 10.5 million. Just in the city for sale for more than 15 thousand apartments in the residential complexes the mass segment.
