The exposition is What we are made of, to visit is September 7, 2018 September 9, 2018, divided into two parts. The first presents the work of leading and most active Qatari artists, each known for its impact and cultural activities. And the second part is devoted to feminist art Qatar, consisting of sculptures and installations known Qatari artists.
The exhibition’s curator was the art historian Rome Fudd, which from 2010 to 2016 was a Junior curator of collections of Middle Eastern art branch of the Museum of modern art Solomon R. Guggenheim, located in Abu Dhabi. As a curator she has made a great contribution to the development strategy of the Museum and in the collection of art from Western Asia and North Africa.
In August 2017 Qatar has simplified visa regime for citizens of 80 countries, including Russians. From that moment on to travel to that country to Russian tourists to carry a passport valid for at least six months and a return ticket.
