Russia has accused the U.S. of using prohibited weapons in Syria

Two American F-15 struck the Syrian province of Deir ez-Zor prohibited phosphorus munitions. This was stated by the head of the Russian Centre for the reconciliation of warring parties in the Republic the General-Lieutenant Vladimir Savchenko, RIA Novosti reported.
