FSB investigator was blackmailing defendant of terrorist community Network Dmitry Pchelintseva. This was his mother said at a press conference on the case, according to “MBH-media”.

According to her, the investigator offered two formal charges to choose from: one suggested up to 10 years imprisonment, if the detainee admits his guilt, the second — up to 20 years imprisonment, if a man refuses to admit guilt. Pchelintsev of the confession refused.

According News.ru during a press conference, the relatives of the accused handed in a petition to the Commissioner for human rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova with a request to elect the defendants measure of restraint, not related to arrest and to assist in the investigation of torture and to urge the attorney General not to sign the indictment.

A group of young people from Penza and St.-Petersburg in age from 20 to 30 years is accused of trying to undermine the state system. According to the FSB, they were in a terrorist organization “Network” and prepared for riots and bombings across the country, but their family says the boys played airsoft. Earlier defendants in the case “Network” Ilya Sikorski, Dmitry Pchelintsev, Victor Filinkov, Igor Shishkin and Arman sagimbaev claimed that confessed under torture.
