Chukotka Autonomous Okrug and Chechnya were the most attractive regions of Russia for those who are going to start a career. This conclusion follows from the results of the research of Sberbank, which leads to RBC.
In these constituent entities of the Russian Federation for young professionals promise the highest salaries. Chukotka employers are ready to offer 21-year-old workers average salary at 28.3 thousand rubles, the Chechen — 27 thousand. Followed by Kamchatka Krai and Magadan oblast — 26,3 thousand rubles.
For the 25-year-old workers, the situation is a little different. Most of all they are willing to pay in the Magadan region — 56,4 thousand rubles (an increase of 20.04%). It is followed by Chukotka — 54.2 thousand rubles (an increase of 17.7 percent).
The lowest salaries for young employees were recorded in North Ossetia (16,5 thousand), Karachay-Cherkessia (16,9 thousand) and Altai region (18.2 thousand).
In Moscow and St. Petersburg the average salary 21-year-old are 20 and 21 thousand rubles, a 25-year — 40 and 30.7 thousand, respectively.
According to the researchers, the highest paid in the designated age categories specialists are employees of the mining (30 thousand rubles at the start, 44 thousand — four years) and financial (26,8 and 37.6 thousand) industries.
