Residents of the Far East must be in demand and earn a decent wage, said President Vladimir Putin at session of Presidium of the state Council on the implementation of the strategic tasks in order of priority development of the region. His words RIA Novosti reported on Monday, September 10.
“We must do whatever is necessary so that people in the far East could realize themselves, their talents, their life plans, were in demand, received a decent wage, live in comfortable conditions, have access to quality services, not counting would be a problem long distances,” — said the head of state.
He also assured that the government will continue to take measures for accessibility of air travel for residents of the Far East. The President noted that the citizens have already felt positive changes in this area.
On Monday 10 September, Putin arrived in Vladivostok to take part in the Eastern economic forum and will hold a series of international negotiations. It is expected that the President will stay in Primorski Krai two days.
On the first day of the visit, scheduled talks between Putin and Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
