The court sent arrested two participants uncoordinated action in Moscow

The Khamovnichesky district court of Moscow sent under arrest of two members held on 9 September in Moscow uncoordinated action. As reported by “Interfax”, the 36-year-old Vasily Kostylevo and 24-year-old Victor Fedoseyev charged with causing bodily harm to law enforcement officers.

They will remain in custody until 9 November. The judge refused to satisfy the petition of lawyers, who claimed that Kostylev positively characterized by place of residence and work, has a dependent wife and child 2016 year of birth, helps elderly parents.

According to investigators, Fedoseev paid the police one punch right fist to the right ear, and Kostylev punched in the face of another strongman and grabbed the neck of another guard.

According to “OVD-info”, in the capital, detained 43 people. Remaining in the city centre and 19 adolescents who decided to continue the rally near the monument to Tvardovsky on Strastnoy Boulevard, was also detained by police.
